Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so changes are not always guaranteed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist. If the order has already been prepared for shipment, adjustments may not be possible.

Is it safe to shop on Vinscart? Yes. Our website uses secure, industry-standard protection measures to keep your information safe. Payments are processed through trusted payment providers, and your sensitive information is handled with care.

Do I need an account to shop? While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account offers several benefits: faster checkout for future purchases, order tracking, wishlist creation, exclusive member offers, and easy returns management. Registration is free and takes less than a minute.

All available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping during promotions, which will also appear at checkout.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, Vinscart ships to many countries worldwide. International delivery times vary based on destination and local postal services. Some orders may be subject to customs processing or additional import fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

How can I track my order? Once your order has been shipped, you can track it by visiting our Tracking page and entering your order number along with your email address or tracking number.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping? If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, contact our customer service team immediately. We will look into the issue and work with you toward a suitable resolution.

Returns & Refunds

I forgot my password. How can I reset it? Click “Forgot Password?” on the login page and follow the instructions. You’ll receive a link to reset your password.

How can I contact customer service? To contact us any time, please visit our Contact Us page. We typically respond to emails within 24 hours.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? While we'd hate to see you go, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email. You can also manage your communication preferences in your account settings. Please note that you'll still receive transactional emails about your orders.
